How to Use:

I use this and the little jar of magic on my hands before bed and when I first wake up. I have rheumatoid arthritis in my hands and It really is magical to feel no pain as I fall asleep! This is such an awesome creation! Have used it for knee pain and shoulder pain for a few years now.
