This really IS a jar of magic! I have rheumatoid arthritis in my hands and use this before bed every night so I can sleep without pain. I also use It first thing when I wake up who h is the worst time for this disease. It helps me get through those morning hours until my meds kick in.

I’ve used this for many years on various aches. My favorite way to use it is to help with migraines! I struggle with back and neck tension coming along with/triggering migraines and this helps relieve that tension. I put it on before bed. Especially during the summer (coconut oil base melts if your home is warm), I recommend keeping the jar in the fridge to make it easier to use. A little goes a long way!
