I use this and the little jar of magic on my hands before bed and when I first wake up. I have rheumatoid arthritis in my hands and It really is magical to feel no pain as I fall asleep! Mornings are the worst with this disease so one of the first things I do in the morning is put this on and I’m ready to face the day!

This is such an awesome creation! Have used it for knee pain and shoulder pain for a few years now. The other night some shoulder pain was keeping me awake and I remembered having some of this magic in a jar left.. I rubbed it in and within 20 minutes I was able to sleep.
